Enhancing Courageous Healing

Evidence-based therapy services for anxiety and trauma

Tannah Elise Chase, M.A., Ph.D.

Anxiety can manifest in many ways, including chronic worry, panic attacks, health anxiety, OCD, stress, and insomnia. Trauma can result from difficult life experiences, abuse, loss, or life-threatening events. My passion and expertise are helping people heal from a wide range of anxiety and trauma-related concerns. These struggles can create “psychological injury”—pain that may not be visible to others but can be just as real and impairing as a physical injury. Healing is possible, and seeking support is a valid and courageous step toward recovery.
Courage is not the absence of fear or post-traumatic stress—it is choosing to take meaningful steps toward healing, living in alignment with your values, and becoming your authentic self. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they build resilience, reclaim hope, and create lasting change.
I provide evidence-based therapy that is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, shame-free, educational, and holistic. Together, we’ll build practical skills while addressing the underlying patterns that keep you feeling stuck, so you can experience greater peace, confidence, and fulfillment. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you on your journey toward healing.
